With over 20 years of experience, Martt brings her enthusiasm for the benefits of Pilates to each class. True to the original intentions of Joseph Pilates, she teaches this Advanced level class with rhythm, pace, and smooth transitions between the exercises. This challenging workout provides conditioning for the whole body and is geared towards those who want to progress. This class is ideal for individuals familiar with the Intermediate level mat exercises and not suitable for those with  significant injuries.
