The Intermediate Seminar

During the seminar, you will learn:
This seminar is open to pilates instructors and clients wanting to review the Intermediate work of classical pilates. You will learn: How to teach the Intermediate exercises on the REFORMER, MAT, LADDER BARREL, WUNDA CHAIR, CADILLAC, ARM CHAIR and other auxiliary pilates equipment; how to make modifications for different body types and injuries; how to use effective hands-on techniques and how to use the Intermeditae Pilates workout systems to create individualized sessions for different clients.

Prices (for non-apprentice attendees)

Early Bird Special - $450 for Full Seminar before December 1st
Weekend Pass - $550 for the Full Seminar
Day Pass - $205 per Day


THE BASIC SEMINAR

Fall 2019 (Dates TBA)

During the seminar, you will learn:

How to teach the basic exercises on the REFORMER, MAT,  LADDER BARREL, WUNDA CHAIR, CADILLAC, ARM CHAIR and other auxiliary equipment; How to demonstrate modifications for different body types and injuries; How to use the Basic Pilates workout systems to create individualized sessions for different clients.

Training seminars are the cornerstone of the three stages of the pilates teacher certification program. At The Pilates Center of San Francisco, Martt  Lawrence teaches the first two componets of the seminars, and Dorthee VandeWalle teaches the Advanced seminar in Seattle. Students are expected to complete the program within approximately twelve months from the start date. A certificate of completion of the M·A·T Pilates Teacher Certification Program is awarded upon completion of all three exams.
