THE BASIC SEMINAR | Fall 2018

September 7th - 9th | Friday: 3-7 PM | Saturday: 12-7 PM | Sunday: 12-4 PM

During the seminar, you will learn:
How to teach basic exercises on the REFORMER, MAT, LADDER BARREL, WUNDA CHAIR, CADILLAC, ARM CHAIR and other auxiliary equipment; How to demonstrate modifications for different body types and injuries; How to use the Basic Pilates workout systems to create individualized sessions for different clients.
